What we sell

We sell the whruwa 7-color LED face mask and neck set. It is a home-use cosmetic beauty device. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD).
You can pay by card or by USDT (crypto).
For USDT payments, please send the exact amount on the network shown at checkout. We are not able to recover funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address.
Your order is confirmed once your payment is received. We will email you a confirmation.
We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error or we cannot fulfil it.

Shipping

Shipping is free and tracked. Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days, or 12–20 business days for Australia, counted from the day you order. For full details, please read our Shipping Policy page.

Returns and refunds

Refunds for card payments go back to your original payment method. Refunds for USDT payments are sent in USDT to the wallet address you provide. Please double-check that address and network before you send it to us.

Using your device safely

Please follow the user guide and safety information that come with your set. Keep your eyes closed during use and never look directly at the LEDs. Do not use the device if you are pregnant, are sensitive to light, or use photosensitizing products or medication. If you have a skin condition or any concerns, talk to your doctor first.
