Shipping Policy
Free tracked shipping to your door
We ship every order free of charge, with tracking, to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Germany.
Delivery times
Country — Estimated delivery:
- USA: 8–15 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Germany: 8–15 business days
- Australia: 12–20 business days
Delivery time is counted from the day you place your order. It includes 1–3 business days to prepare your package. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show updates after the email arrives. This is normal.
Customs, duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our price. For orders outside the US, please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Delays
Weather, holidays and customs checks can slow delivery. If your order has not arrived after 20 business days (30 business days for Australia), email us and we will look into it right away.
Wrong address
Please check your address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you did not receive it, email us within 7 days with your order number and, if possible, a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or a full refund — we will never leave you with a damaged order.
