Return Policy

To qualify for a return, please make sure:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are included

  • You have valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label (where applicable) along with simple, step-by-step instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will immediately make it right by:

  • Sending a replacement, or

  • Issuing a full refund after the issue is confirmed

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used in-ear devices (e.g., earbuds)

  • Items showing visible wear, damage, or modifications

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final-sale, clearance, or “non-returnable” marked items

  • Activated software licenses or digital content

Want to switch to a different item?

The fastest method is:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Once your refund is processed

  3. Place a new order for the product you prefer

This ensures quick processing and guaranteed availability.


EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you’re located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

Within these 14 days, you may return any unused item for a full refund, no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email update.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
